Video Update: Amount raised is now over $700,000.

NCC’s 16th Annual Patriot Golf Day, Sunday, August 18

Here we go again folks!  For the 16th time, NCC will be holding Patriot Golf Day, benefiting the Folds of Honor Foundation (FoH).  For new members this is an incredible event!

FoH provides educational scholarships to the dependents of military men and women, and first responders (firefighters, police, etc.), who have been killed or permanently disabled while serving.  More than 90% of their donations are returned as scholarships for eligible recipients.  NCC has raised more than $719,000 for the FoH since we began holding Patriot Golf Day in 2009 and this year we have a chance to crack three quarters of a million dollars raised.  We will have Joe’s Tournament, a scramble, with on course games like closest to the pin, a hole-in-one contest and more.  There will also be a raffle and live auction for outstanding items donated by NCC members.   We’ll have a 50-50 raffle exclusively for participants in Joe’s Tournament.  Dinner will follow golf.  Prices per person and/or foursome, and eligibility requirements will be included in the announcement for commencement of signups.  Our annual Super Patriot Pool with $100 squares will soon be available in the Bunker with 3 NCC members ultimately winning $4,000 in cash and $6,000 going to the FoH.

Your Patriot Golf Day committee is working to make this year’s event the best ever and will provide updates as we move toward August 18.  Keep your eye out for the opening date for sign-ups, as the field fills VERY quickly and you don’t want to get shut out (on or around July 1).  As always, we are hoping for great donations from our membership with items for the raffle and live auction.  Stay tuned for more!
